The Challenge
Tellmi is a great source of help with any problem big or small and you can be safe in knowing that you can speak freely and anonymously through their app. However with not many young people aged 18-24 knowing about the app and with mental health rising, we needed to find away to get this app to the people that needed it most.
The Unlock:
After extensive research into our target audience of 18-24 year olds we found a unique way to reach them and help share the Tellmi app with them. We found that our target audience love coffee shops and with that in mind a collaboration with Starbucks was formed.
Getting the app to the people:
In order to reach them we knew we would have to do something bold, that would grab their attention and get them talking, so we did just that we took over the entire Starbucks world with logo colour change, AR experiences and posters which were different from other mental health support posters as with the use of what we like to call 'coffee language' we was able to create a campaign which allowed for Tellmi to be shared with the world in a warm, friendly and unique way.
